Per the written contract terms, after you receive approval from our warranty team, we have up to 1 year to complete the approved warranty work.*

Only one warranty can be requested per year.*

You agree to be as detailed as possible in the form fields below regarding the warranty work that you are requesting to be completed.

Upon approval of your warranty request, your detailed description will be used by the painter during their one-time visit to complete the approved warranty work.*

You understand and agree that any item not listed in full detail, with explicit instructions, will not be known and therefore, cannot and will not be fixed.*

You understand and agree that all warranty work is completed exclusively between September to December. No warranty work will be completed from January to August.*

By submitting this warranty form you confirm that you have an active warranty and your painting completion date was less than 2 years ago. You understand per the written and signed contract terms, if your painting project is more than 2 years old, the warranty is now expired, and you will not receive a response from the Warranty Team.
